1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services involving account setup and verification, all payments are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Service was not delivered within the promised timeframe
Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
Duplicate payment was made
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Account setup fees once account is delivered
Top-up funds already spent on advertising
Suspension of accounts due to policy violations by the user
Change of mind after service delivery
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of payment. Include your transaction details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion based on the amount of service already provided.
